NW Suburban Kool Kidz is a group of singles and friends in their 20s, 30s and 40s, living in the NW suburbs. Do you love to walk! It is the perfect season to walk. We'll meet on Saturday mornings to start, at Independence Grove in Libertyville, and then we'll add other locations in the area that walkers suggest.  We'll meet at 8 AM and walk the 2 12 mile loop.  We walk for about 45 minutes.  Its a wonderful way to start your Saturday, and if anyone want to make an additional loop/s, thats fun too!

We have topic sessions from area health professionals about once a week. Topics could include dieting, chiropractic care, vitamin and other nutritional supplements, counseling, etc. My other group, NW Suburbs Activity Group has fun active events (hiking, bowling, golf, etc) that supplement the learning from this group.
